It is not possible to purchase a musical instrument from La Mécanique des flûtes without using the “home trial” service. If a customer makes a payment directly on lamecaniquedesflutes.com, they must comply with all the conditions of the “home trial” service; otherwise, the purchase will be cancelled and they will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days.
If a customer wishes to try a musical instrument before purchasing it, they may do so at home, subject to conditions.
Second-hand instruments purchased on lamecaniquedesflutes.com come with a one-year warranty.
Second-hand instruments are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Accessories
Accessories purchased on lamecaniquedesflutes.com are shipped within three working days.
The buyer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days on all accessory purchases made on lamecaniquedesflutes.com, starting from the day the items are received.
The customer must notify La Mécanique des flûtes of their intention to withdraw by email at domicharland@lamecaniquedesflutes.com before the end of the 14-day period.
In the event of depreciation of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods, the customer will not be reimbursed for the full amount of the purchase.
In case of withdrawal, the buyer must return the goods in the same packaging in which they were received, at their own expense.

Goods purchased on lamecaniquedesflutes.com are refundable or exchangeable, subject to stock availability, if defective, within 14 days.
